Pricing starts at $1,500 for groups up to 30. Larger groups, added customization, and specific neighborhood routes are priced based on scope. Get a quote and we’ll send a tailored proposal within 24 hours.
We run Hunts in neighborhoods all over the city. Our main Hunts are in North Beach (most popular), the Embarcadero, SoMa, The Mission, Union Square, and Chinatown. We’ll recommend the best fit based on your group size, vibe, and office or hotel location. Want to play somewhere else? Just let us know! We can build custom routes in new areas, on company campuses, and at private venues.
Anywhere from 20 to 2,000+ can play in our Hunts. Our app and production team scale to any group size. Some of our largest corporate scavenger hunt events in SF have been company-wide activations for hundreds of employees, including events for Google, Stripe, and Uber.
Once we hit Start Game, the Hunt runs for 2 hours. Budget 2.5–3 hours total to include briefing, gameplay, and the awards wrap-up. We can adjust the length to fit your event schedule, whether you have a full afternoon or a tight lunch window.
We recommend 2–4 weeks for standard events. For larger groups (200+) or full customization, 6–8 weeks gives the best runway. That said, we’ve pulled off events on shorter timelines. Get in touch and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Yes. Every Hunt is tailored to your team. For deeper customization, including company culture references, branded challenges, and inside jokes built into the riddles, we offer full personalization. Tell us what you’re thinking when you get a quote.
Both options are available. We can provide an on-site Handstand host who handles the briefing, energy, and awards ceremony. Or we can equip your team to run it yourselves. Most groups prefer the hosted experience.
It’s specifically designed for them. We’ve run events for Google, Stripe, Uber, and dozens of other SF-based companies across every format, including team offsites, company kickoffs, holiday parties, and new hire onboarding. The Hunt runs between your morning session and your evening dinner, and the energy carries through the rest of the day.
Every Hunt includes a variety of riddle and puzzle styles, levels of difficulty, and categories of answer types so that each player can have their moment to shine.
Once teams solve a riddle, they travel to a location in that neighborhood. Then, they either enter a text answer, or submit a photo or video based on a given prompt.
After the game, we send you a slideshow of all the media captured throughout the Hunt so the whole group can relive the day!
