Sierra is growing FAST. In order to connect everyone as they scale, they wanted to put on a custom, high-energy experience. It needed to engage 300 employees at once while keeping things collaborative, fast-moving, and fun.
We designed a fully custom scavenger hunt that turned SoMa into Sierra's playing field. The game kicked off at Sierra's headquarters, sending teams into the neighborhood to solve riddles, complete playful location-based challenges, and earn points through speed, creativity, and teamwork.
Teams also faced two larger challenge stations: dinosaur racing and a creative photobooth! Completing these challenges unlocked cipher coasters they then used to decode a hidden message, before everyone returned to the office for an electric post-game winners' announcement.
