Google asked for an engaging bespoke activity to connect its teammates across four global offices in NYC, Zurich, Bangalore, and Mountain View. They wanted a tactile, self-paced activity that fit into busy schedules, sparked collaboration across teams, and felt special enough to create real buzz.
We created the Journey to Jidara puzzle box, a meticulously crafted, full-of-surprises puzzle experience. The box allowed teams to solve at their own pace, whenever it worked for their schedules. Each kit contained layered, tactile puzzles leading to a digital portal that revealed the final surprise. Teams could track their progress on a global leaderboard! The hybrid design blended physical and digital gameplay, sparking organic collaboration and a shared company-wide moment of play.

I loved that I could do it with my colleagues, discuss with my colleagues, watch other colleagues play in the office, discuss the puzzles with friends, take the box home to think with it, the high quality experiences and physical items, the quality of the puzzles, the length of time it lasted so I didn't feel rushed with a busy work schedule.β
